Lippo Cikarang Tbk (LPCK) can't attend the invitation of IDX for hearings

STOCK MARKET - JAKARTA. PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (LPCK) can not anttend the invitation of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for hearings related to bribery cases that befell one of its projects, Meikarta.

"Regarding the invitation to the session on Thursday, October 18 2018, at 2:00 p.m. they cannot attend because they conducted an internal investigation to find out the facts that actually happened," said Kristian Manullang, Director of IDX transactions and compliance monitoring in a press release to Thursday (18/10).

Kristian said that all Information Disclosures requested by the exchange were submitted by Lippo Cikarang and IDX considered that the information submitted by the LPCK was sufficient.

IDX will continue to monitor the reporting of this case and ask the LPCK to always convey material information disclosure in accordance with capital market regulations and provisions.

Previously, IDX requested information from Lippo Cikarang through an Explanation Request letter on October 15, 2018 and invited the LPCK for the planned hearing to take place on Thursday, October 18, 2018, at 2:00 in the afternoon.
