Jasa Marga (JSMR) Earns Profit of Rp 6.79 Trillion in 2023

ISSUER NEWS - JAKARTA. PT Jasa Marga Tbk (JSMR) recorded a net profit of IDR 6.79 trillion in 2023. This profit increased by 147.32% from last year's achievement of IDR 2.74 trillion.

Quoting the financial report in the BEI disclosure of information, JSMR also recorded an increase in revenue in 2023. By the end of 2023, JSMR's revenue was IDR 21.31 trillion. This figure increased by 28.56% from the 2022 revenue of IDR 16.58 trillion.

In detail, JSMR's toll revenue was IDR 13.94 trillion in 2023. Then, other business revenues were IDR 1.61 trillion and construction revenues were IDR 5.75 trillion.

JSMR also recorded an increase in the cost of revenue from IDR 9.16 trillion to IDR 12.36 trillion throughout 2023. These costs consist of toll and other business costs of IDR 6.64 trillion and construction costs of IDR 5.71 trillion.

However, JSMR managed to generate a gross profit of IDR 8.95 trillion last year, up 20.77% from IDR 7.41 trillion at the end of 2022.

JSMR's total assets increased by 41.88% to IDR 129.31 billion as of December 2023. In 2022, the Company's total assets were IDR 91.13 billion.

On the other hand, the Company's total liabilities increased by 37.98% from IDR 65.51 billion as of December 31, 2022, to IDR 90.40 billion as of December 31, 2023.

JSMR also recorded cash and cash equivalents at the end of 2023 amounting to IDR 4.43 trillion. This figure is down 47.34% from IDR 8.42 trillion at the end of the previous year.
