ASEAN SUMMIT - JAKARTA. Indonesia's project has secured potential cooperation worth US$ 32 billion or equivalent to IDR 489 trillion in the ASEAN-Indo-Pacific Forum (AIPF) business matching.
Deputy Foreign Minister Pahala Mansury said in this business matching meeting, that Indonesia's project indeed received more attention from the participants.
"The total project in Indonesia is indeed the most significant with a total value above US$ 32 Billion," said Pahala at the High-Level Conference (KTT), ASEAN, in Jakarta, Wednesday (6/9).
Meanwhile, the potential cooperation from other countries' projects only reached US$ 810 million, or equivalent to IDR 12 trillion.

However, he said that the total is not yet fully final. But, according to him, this business matching meeting will enhance cooperation and investment understanding by each country.
He also said in this business matching, 14 green energy-related projects received funding support of US$ 10 billion or equivalent to IDR 123 trillion.
"Regarding the priority of green infrastructure connectivity and Japan's energy transition provides support to implement the ASEAN outlook Indo Pacific through a contribution of US$ 10 billion in 14 projects," explained Pahala.

However, Pahala did not explain whether these 14 projects are projects from Indonesia or projects from other ASEAN countries.
It was known earlier, that Indonesia offered 39 projects with a value of US$ 50 billion or equivalent to IDR 793 trillion in the AIPF business matching.
Of these 39 projects, 35 are projects from state-owned enterprises and the remaining 4 are from the National Development Planning Agency.
