Indonesia to Intervene Aggressively When Domestic Markets Reopen

STOCK MARKET - JAKARTA. Indonesia's central bank said on Monday it would "intervene aggressively" in domestic foreign exchange markets when they re-open on Tuesday for the first time since new U.S. tariffs were announced.

Markets in Southeast Asia's largest economy have been closed since March 28 for public holidays, and trading will resume on Tuesday, April 8.
