BIODIESEL - JAKARTA. Indonesia has scrapped plans to increase the mandatory biodiesel mix to 50% this year, maintaining the current blend of 40% palm oil-based fuel and 60% diesel, deputy energy minister Yuliot Tanjung said on Wednesday.
