Indonesia President Aims to Increase Sugarcane, Bioethanol Production

GREEN ENERGY - JAKARTA. Indonesia's President Prabowo Subianto said on Friday that his country aims to increase domestic sugarcane and bioethanol production and expedite replanting.

Prabowo ordered the agriculture ministry to speed up sugarcane replanting programmes for completion in the next two years from the previous target of within four years.
