Indonesia holds tourism promotion in Qatar

LONDON. The Indonesian tourism ministry in cooperation with the Indonesian embassy in Doha, held a Wonderful Indonesia 2015 tourism promotion in Qatar, recently.

The tourism and investment promotion was organized at Lagoona Mall, Doha, a favorite place for Qatari people and foreign expatriates, Boy Dharmawan, counselor of the Indonesian embassy, said, here, Tuesday.

The opening ceremony of the promotion event was attended by around 350 invitees, including Qatari Foreign Affairs Minister Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Mutib Al Rumaihi, foreign ambassadors, businessmen, journalists and foreign tourists.

"The Wonderful Indonesia promotion is expected to attract Qatari tourists and foreign expatriates to spend summer holidays in Indonesia," Indonesian Ambassador to Qatar Deddy Saiful Hadi said.
