HEAVY EQUIPMENT - JAKARTA. The heavy equipment industry in Indonesia is hopeful for improved performance following the first quarter of 2024.
During the initial three months of 2024, heavy equipment production experienced a decline. Data from the Indonesian Heavy Equipment Industry Association (Hinabi) indicates that national heavy equipment production fell by 23% on a year-on-year (YoY) basis, amounting to 1,668 units in the first quarter of 2024.
