Happy Hapsoro Company Increases Ownership in Rukun Raharja (RAJA)

CORPORATE ACTION - JAKARTA. Hapsoro Sukmohadi, also known as Happy Hapsoro, has increased his stake in PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA). The Securities Administration Bureau records that his company, Sentosa Bersama Mitra (SBM), which is owned by his wife Puan Maharani, has increased its shareholding twice recently.

The first increase was on July 31, 2024, with 1.3 million shares, and the second on August 1, 2024, with 30 million shares. These actions have boosted SBM's ownership of RAJA shares from 1,434,937,404 shares or equivalent to 33.95% to 1,466,237,404 shares or equivalent to 34.69%.
