GARUDA INDONESIA - JAKARTA. National airline Garuda Indonesia once again recorded On-Time Performance (OTP) achievements. Garuda managed to become the best global OTP in the Asia Pacific with flights over 10 thousand flights.
Based on the report of the OAG independent OTP (Official Airline Guide) flight view, Garuda Indonesia managed to reach arrivals OTP of 90.4% during October 2018 with the number of flights reaching more than 15 thousand flights.
In September, Garuda Indonesia also made it into the ranks of the top 5 global airlines with the number of flights above 10 thousand through the achievement of OTP arrivals above 90%.
Bambang Adisurya Angkasa, Operations Director of Garuda Indonesia, said that achieving the OTP level was an effort by Garuda Indonesia to provide the best service for passengers, especially in the aspect of aviation operations.
"We will continue to conduct intensive coordination in maintaining this achievement, through optimizing the operational service line by prioritizing Operational Excellence commitments in providing global airline flight service standards," he said in a press release on Monday (12/11).
The management also expressed appreciation to loyal Garuda Indonesia customers, who contributed to these achievements by always carrying out the check-in process on time.
