Elnusa (ELSA) Establishes International Collaboration with Pertamina Group

CORPORATE ACTION - JAKARTA. PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for international cooperation with PT Pertamina Internasional Eksplorasi dan Produksi (PIEP) and Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia (PDSI). This MoU is an effort to enhance synergy among Pertamina's upstream subsidiaries in international cooperation.

As known, ELSA is a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) which is part of Pertamina's Upstream Subholding. The MoU was signed at a meeting held at The Apurva, Kempinski, on Jalan Raya Nusa Dua Selatan, Bali.
