DANANTARA - SINGAPORE. PT Danantara Investment Management has hired banks for a possible U.S. dollar bond sale, according to a mandate announcement seen by Reuters on Tuesday.
Danantara Investment Management may sell 20-year and/or 30-year senior notes, subject to market conditions.
The notes, if issued, will be drawn â??from Danantara's $5 billion global medium-term note programme.

Citigroup, HSBC, JPMorgan, MUFG and Standard Chartered Bank are joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the planned deal.
Moody's rates Danantara Baa2 with a negative outlook. S&P Global rates it BBB with a stable outlook, while Fitch rates it BBB with a negative outlook. The proposed notes are expected to carry the same ratings.
