CORPORATE STRATEGIC - JAKARTA. Real estate issuer PT Cowell Development Tbk (COWL) is going to sell its ownership of Plaza Atrium Segitiga Senin, also known as Atrium Senen.
According to the disclosure of information, Monday (18/9), the transaction took place on August 16, 2023.
COWL's Corporate Secretary Pikoli Sinaga stated that Plaza Atrium Segitiga Senin was originally held by Euro Tanada.
The building management rights were then given to PT Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk (BKSW) and Qatar National Bank (Q.S.C) Singapore branch.
“The impact of this event is a significant decrease in COWL's revenue,” he said in the disclosure of information.
For your information, currently, COWL's stock trading is temporarily suspended by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).
