ISSUER - JAKARTA. PT Cisadane Sawit Raya Tbk (CSRA) recorded crude palm oil (CPO) production of 48,663 tons in 2023.

The Corporate Secretary of PT Cisadane Sawit Raya Tbk, Iqbal Prastowo, said that this achievement increased from the CPO production in 2022, which was 35,701 tons.

The production of oil palm fresh fruit bunches (TBS) by CSRA in 2023 was 335,654 tons throughout 2023. This achievement decreased the TBS production in 2022, which was 342,001 tons.

Meanwhile, the palm kernel (PK) production of CSRA in 2023 was 11,166 tons, an increase from the production in 2022, which was 8,974 tons.

“In 2023, the TBS production was far below the target. This is because, during 2023, the contribution from the second palm oil mill (PKS) was only a few months, as there was commissioning in May and it only fully operated in October," he told Kontan, on Tuesday (30/1).

For 2024, CSRA targets a TBS production of 400,000 tons and a CPO production target of 60,000 tons. For PK production, CSRA is targeting around 15,000 tons in 2024.

“If in 2024 the contribution of the second PKS is a full 12 months, then the CPO and PK production targets are realistic, even tending to be conservative," he explained.

Iqbal mentioned that currently, CSRA has no plans for business diversification or corporate actions in 2024.

“This year, we are still focusing on the construction of the third PKS in Banyuasin Regency and the mechanization of harvesting and planting landbanks in South Sumatra," he explained.
