PROPERTY MARKET - JAKARTA. PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) sees promising prospects in the commercial segment sales. Based on the 2023 marketing sales results BSDE, the commercial segment recorded a positive achievement of IDR 2.62 trillion at the end of 2023.
Meanwhile, in 2024, BSDE has set a sales target of up to IDR 2 trillion in the commercial segment.
Hermawan Wijaya, Director of PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk, said that the marketing sales achievement in the commercial segment in 2023 was the largest pre-sales last year, contributing 28% to the total pre-sales of IDR 8.8 trillion.
"So in general, we see the property market has the opportunity to continue to grow, including consumer interest in business space will still exist," Hermawan told KONTAN, Wednesday (28/2).

Based on this data, BSDE has also launched its latest commercial product, the West Village Business Park, recently in BSD City. This commercial product offers business opportunities with a unique, modern concept, and of course comfortable for potential buyers.
"This commercial cluster will be a strategic place where entrepreneurs can establish connections and experience an atmosphere that supports their business growth. We are very optimistic that the sales of West Village Business Park can be well absorbed by the market, with prices we offer starting from IDR 2.7 billion," he said.
Throughout 2024, BSDE also prepares plans to launch commercial products including shop-houses for ongoing projects and the launch of new shop-house products, at our development locations in Jabodetabek and Balikpapan.
"We have targeted IDR 2 trillion for the commercial segment located in BSD City, among others for commercial lots, shop-houses, shop-offices, business lofts and also ongoing apartment projects such as Akasa and Upperwest," he added.
