COVID-19 - SYDNEY. Australia's capital city of Canberra is expected to go into a snap lockdown after the first locally acquired COVID-19 case in more than a year, the Canberra Times newspaper said on Thursday.
An emergency cabinet meeting of the Australian Capital Territory was held on Thursday morning to decide the next steps, the newspaper said in a report without citing sources.
