ASSA Distributes Cash Dividends of IDR 73.8 Billion or IDR 20 per Share

LISTED COMPANY - JAKARTA. PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk (ASSA), a leading integrated mobility ecosystem provider in Indonesia, has announced a dividend payout of IDR 73.8 billion, or IDR 20 per share, to its shareholders. This payout, which represents a 71% payout ratio from ASSA's 2023 net profit, was approved at the General Meeting of Shareholders held on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, in Jakarta.

As we move into 2024, ASSA continues to develop its integrated ecosystem, aiming to become the leading one-stop solution for logistics services in Indonesia. By the end of March 2024, ASSA had established 18 branches and 22 outlets, with a fleet of approximately 30,000 vehicles.
