EMITEN - JAKARTA. PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMAN), Indonesia’s largest publicly listed copper and gold producer, continues to strengthen its business foundation by investing in a people-centered workplace culture that supports innovation, operational excellence, and long-term growth.

The company believes that sustainable business performance is closely linked to employee engagement, talent development, and an inclusive working environment.

This approach has become an integral part of AMMAN’s strategy as it expands its operations and pursues greater efficiency through digital transformation and organizational development.

“Our workplace culture is built around people. We encourage employees to speak up, continuously grow, and embrace diversity,” said Kartika Octaviana, Vice President Corporate Communications at AMMAN, in a press release on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.

According to Kartika, AMMAN’s culture is guided by three core values: Stay Hungry, Stay Humble, and Stay Human. These principles are designed to foster innovation, collaboration, and employee empowerment across the organization.

Through Stay Hungry, the company encourages employees to continuously pursue improvement, operational excellence, and bold innovation.

Stay Humble emphasizes strong cross-functional collaboration while ensuring that business activities remain aligned with social and environmental responsibilities. Meanwhile, Stay Human places employees at the center of the organization, with technology serving as an enabler rather than a replacement for human potential.

To translate these values into practice, AMMAN has implemented a range of internal initiatives aimed at improving productivity and employee experience.

These include accelerating digital transformation to support faster and more accurate decision-making, strengthening employee-led community development programs, and expanding the role of culture champions who act as agents of change throughout the company.

The company said these initiatives are designed to create a healthy balance between strong business performance and employee well-being, while also supporting professional growth and long-term career development.

AMMAN’s focus on workplace culture comes as competition for skilled talent intensifies across industries. The company views talent retention and employee satisfaction as critical factors in maintaining operational resilience and supporting future business expansion.

This strategy has also earned external recognition. AMMAN was recently named one of “Indonesia’s Best Employers 2026,” based on an independent study conducted by global data and market intelligence platform Statista in partnership with Tempo Media Group.

The ranking evaluated companies across various sectors with at least 200 employees in Indonesia. Conducted between September and November 2025, the study gathered more than 300,000 company evaluations and assessed key aspects of the employee experience, including job satisfaction, career development opportunities, innovation, fairness, inclusion, work-life balance, and overall perceptions of employers.

The final ranking was largely based on employees’ willingness to recommend their employer and other companies within the same industry. Only the top 300 highest-scoring companies were included on the list.

Niels Terfehr, Vice President Partnerships at Statista, said the inaugural edition of the ranking serves as an important benchmark for job seekers, companies, and the broader public.

“This inaugural edition of Best Employers Indonesia highlights organizations that have successfully created exceptional workplaces and sets a standard for others to follow,” he said.

The latest recognition adds to AMMAN’s growing list of international accolades, following its inclusion in Newsweek and Statista’s “World’s Most Trustworthy Companies 2025” ranking.
