IDX COMPOSITE (IHSG) - JAKARTA. The IDX Composite Index (IHSG) closed up 35.97 points or 0.50% to 7,166.81 at the end of trading on Thursday (18/4).
A total of 240 stocks rose, 335 stocks fell, and 208 stocks remained stagnant.
Three sectoral indices strengthened, supporting the rise of the IHSG. Meanwhile, eight other sectoral indices entered the red zone.
The sectoral indices that strengthened are the financial sector, which rose 0.82%, the infrastructure sector, which rose 0.19%, and the non-primary consumer goods sector, which rose 0.04%.
On the other hand, the three sectoral indices with the deepest declines are the health sector, which fell 1.06%, the property sector, which fell 0.75%, and the transportation sector, which fell 0.71%.

The total trading volume of shares on the exchange today reached 17.26 billion shares with a total value of Rp 13.20 trillion.
