Development Progress of the Indonesian New Capital City (IKN) Reaches 80.82%

PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) menunjukkan kontribusi aktifnya dalam pembangunan Ibu Kota Negara (IKN) Nusantara, salah satunya pembangun Penataan Sumbu Kebangsaan dengan mengusung konsep Future Smart Forest City of Indonesia di Kawasan Inti Pusat Pemerintahan (KIPP), sehingga tetap memperhatikan faktor lingkungan.


IKN NUSANTARA - JAKARTA. The Capital of the Archipelago (IKN) is confirmed to be ready for occupancy this year. The current progress of the first phase of IKN's construction has reached 80.82%. 

"The target of the first phase of construction, which focuses on the core center of government with several priority infrastructures," said the Head of the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas) Suharso Monoarfa at the National Development Planning Deliberation 2024 in JCC Senayan Jakarta, Monday (6/5). 

He further detailed that the construction of the presidential palace and the ceremonial field has reached 60.54%, the palace area has reached 80.95%, and the coordinating ministry building has reached 49.36%. 

Subsequently, the construction of the minister's official residence has reached 85.78%, while the Civil Servant (ASN) and defense and security apparatus (Hankam) flats have reached 33.88%. 

In addition, he claimed that the construction of basic facilities in IKN has also started to be visible. Starting from the construction of the main toll road access, electricity network access, and telecommunications. 

"Including other basic facilities supported by the private sector such as schools, hospitals to sports facilities," concluded Suharso.
