MARKET AND STOCK TRADING - JAKARTA. The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) rose at the opening of the morning transaction. However, at the end of the first session, the index weakened to the red zone.

RTI data shows, at 12.00 WIB, JCI dropped 19 points or 0.33% to 5,770.

Four sectors saw a decline in morning trading, with the consumer goods sector recording the deepest decline at 1,72%, while trade sector dropped 0,8%.

Up to 189 stocks had dropped by Wednesday noon, while 178 stocks strengthened and 117 stocks remained stagnant.

The transaction value of 5,89 billion stocks reached Rp 3.81 trillion.

The LQ45 stocks that suffer the most in morning transactions include:

- PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG) fell 4.62% to Rp 24,750 per share
- PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNCN) fell 3.7% to Rp 780 per share
- PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) fell 3.65% menjadi Rp 42,875 per share
